Pre & Post Care
PEEL PRE CARE
Avoid retinoids and products with strong active ingredients (tretinoin, retinol, benzoyl peroxide) 7 days before treatment.
Avoid exfoliating with scrubs/acids 7 days prior to treatment.
Avoid products with strong active ingredients (benzoyl peroxide or other irritants) for 7 days before treatment.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Gently cleanse your face with a mild, non-irritating cleanser and do not apply lotions or serums.
Avoid use of photosensitizing drugs for 7 days prior to treatment.
PEEL POST CARE
Avoid sun exposure and intense heat for at least 48 hours
Avoid retinoids, AHA/BHA, or strong acne-fighting components) for the time frame your provider recommends 7 days post-peel.
Avoid lasers, waxing, or aggressive facials for 2 weeks post treatment (or check with your provider)
Flaking and peeling may occur. DO NOT force peeling, let skin fall off naturally.
